REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS: Group classes or privates on monthly subscriptions must be used within the month and cannot be carried over to following month. Subscriptions are on automatic billing and can be cancelled at any time without penalty. You may cancel your membership by simply clicking on “Cancel Subscription” link on receipt provided at the time of your purchase. Receipt can be found on your email inbox. Please note, cancellations are effective at the end of each month's billing cycle. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS.
PRIVATE SESSIONS: Brazilian Jiu-jitsu privates and or personal fitness sessions purchased in single or packages do not expire and are non- refundable. At it’s sole discretion, GOMEZ JIU-JITSU, LLC may offer refunds or exchanges on private sessions within a 7 day period from the day they were purchased, as long as classes on package(s) have not been used.
MERCHANDISE: At it’s sole discretion, GOMEZ JIU-JITSU, LLC may offer refunds or exchanges on faulty items or on purchases returned in ‘new’ and ‘sealable’ condition within a 30 day period from the day the items were purchased.
Before returning any purchase you must obtain GOMEZ JIU-JITSU, LLC's approval in advance. If granted a refund, please allow 7-10 business days to process your return and credit your account.
We are under no obligation to honor any requests for refunds.
All payments and subscriptions made on this website are processed via Paypal.
